When are orders shipped?
Most orders are shipped the same day you order, however they may ship within 24 to 48 hours. Top

 

Can I order by phone?
Yes! Circle H Growers will gladly take your order over the phone. Orders may be placed 365 days a year by dialing 406-846-2304. Please keep in mind that phone ordering hours are as follows:

  • 1pm to 9pm Monday, Wednesday - Friday, MST

  • 9am to 9pm Tuesday, Saturday - Sunday, MST Top

 

Can I order by mail?
Yes! Please call or email for approximate shipping charges.

Please be sure to include a personal or business check, money order or credit card information; to include credit card type, number, expiration date, exact name as it appears on the card, billing address and phone number.

Can I order by fax?
Orders may be placed via fax. Please include:

  • Item Name

  • Quantity

  • Billing and Shipping Address

  • Credit Card Information; to include:

    • Credit Card Type

    • Number

    • Expiration Date

    • CVV2 Number (3 digit code on back in signature area)

    • Exact Name as it appears on the card

    • Billing address

    • Phone number

    • Email address

Orders may be faxed at any time between the hours of:

  • 9am to 9pm Sunday through Saturday (Mountain Standard Time)

Can I order by email?
Orders may be submitted by email 24 hours a day at info@christmaslightsmt.com, although we suggest using the online order services for security purposes and convenience. Top

 

Which credit cards do you accept?

Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
Yes! But please allow a minimum of 10 business days for personal or business checks to clear before orders are shipped. Top

 

Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We will gladly ship products out of country/overseas. Just place your order by following the online instructions and when prompted to enter your country of origin, choose from those listed.

Note: Additional shipping charges above those charged apply for this service, depending on order size and/or weight, and shipping destination, and will be added to your final invoice. Top

 

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses?
Yes! We will gladly ship products to these addresses. Just place your order by following the online shopping cart instructions and enter your shipping address when prompted as normal.

Do you ship 2nd Day Air?
You may have your order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air. Requests will only be shipped Monday-Wednesday in order to guarantee delivery.

When you order by 12pm MST, Monday-Wednesday, your order will usually ship that same day. Be certain to choose UPS 2nd Day Air as a shipping method when placing your order.

Note: UPS 2nd Day Air service only applies to the 48 contiguous States. Additional shipping charges above those shown on your order invoice may apply for this service depending on order size and/or weight, and shipping destination,  and will be added to your final invoice. Top

 

Do you ship overnight?
You may have your order shipped UPS Overnight. Requests will only be shipped Monday-Thursday in order to guarantee delivery.

When you order by 12pm MST, Monday-Thursday, your order will usually ship that same day. Be certain to choose UPS Overnight as a shipping method when placing your order.

Note: UPS Overnight Air service only applies to the 48 contiguous States. Additional shipping charges above those shown on your order invoice may apply for this service depending on order size and/or weight, and shipping destination,  and will be added to your final invoice. Top

 

Do you ship FedEx?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship orders via Federal Express as that shipping option is not available in this area at this time.  If it becomes available in the near future it will be added as a shipping option. The fastest service at this time is UPS Overnight. Top

 

The shipping charges seem excessive, what gives?
Shipping charges stated on your order invoice are not necessarily accurate at all times. We make every effort to be certain correct and necessary measures are taken to ensure proper S&H charges. In any case, if shipping charges do appear excessive, and at times they may be calculated as such, we will adjust the S&H prior to charging your credit card account. The correct S&H fees will be shown on your order invoice. Top

 

The shipping charges seem overly reasonable, are they really correct?
Not necessarily. Due to size and weight of some products, actual shipping and handling charges will apply which are above the standard charges which  appear on your order statement. Top

Tell me about the 50 count miniature lights. What is the length of each set?
Each 50 count package comes with 50 End-to-End lamps, replacement lamps and extra fuses on a 25 foot string. Some sets are on a 23 foot string and are noted as such in the item description. Top

 

How about the 100 count sets?
Each 100 count package comes with 100 End-to-End lamps, replacement lamps and extra fuses on a 50 foot string unless noted in the item description. Top

 

Why do your light sets cost more than others I've seen?
Each GKI/Bethlehem miniature set (and others) is heavy duty commercial grade lighting. Heavy-gauge wire and weather-resistant components make these lamps extraordinarily durable.

Colors like you've never seen, very rich and true to color.

Plus, you won't see these lights on any of the shelves of the mass marketers. Only independently owned stores such as The Potting Bench are allowed to offer these for retail sales. Top

 

Do you have 'Theme Lights' in 100 count sets?
Unfortunately at this time the manufacturer does not offer Theme Lights in 100 count sets. Top

 

Do 'Theme Lights' come in white wire?
Unfortunately the manufacturer does not offer Theme Lights in white wire at this time. Top

 

Are the purple lights really 'purple'?
Yes! As true to purple as you'll ever get. There is no comparison. And, unlike some of the miniature lights on the market that claim to be purple, you won't be shocked to find that they are pink or fuchsia when you plug them in. They are a sight to behold. Top

Yes! Pinktifyingly shocking to the senses. There is no comparison. And, unlike some of the miniature lights on the market that claim to be pink, you won't be shocked to find that they are fuchsia when you plug them in. They are quite electrifying. Top

 

I don't see what I'm looking for. Do you have it in stock or can you get it?
If you don't see an item you're looking for listed, please ask. Depending on the item and quantity desired, a special order can be placed as long as it's available with the manufacturer. Top
